Ask us anything.
These are the questions we hear most often in our shops. If yours isn't here, write to us: a person answers, not a robot.
I want to bring my number to Quattre — do I have to cancel my old contract first?
Don't cancel — you'd lose your number. Ask for the porting at any of our shops and we'll deal with your old operator to bring over the number you've always had. You only need to cancel the internet and any other services with your old company once the porting is complete.
Do I need a landline to get fibre?
No. We connect you by fibre optic with no landline. And if you'd like one, the landline costs 4€/month with your fibre.
The WiFi doesn't reach the whole house — can you fix it?
First we check it remotely — we monitor the equipment in your home. If needed, a technician comes round to take a look and suggests solutions, such as SuperWifi (mesh repeaters from 6€/month) for big houses or stubborn walls.
I've returned a direct debit — can you charge it again?
The bank won't let us retry the charge, but you have two options: pay by card on our website, or pop into any of our shops and pay in cash or by card.
Do you post bills to my home?
They arrive by email, which is greener. Want it on paper? Drop by any shop and we'll print it for you.
What mobile coverage does Quattre have?
Whichever you choose: we're a mobile operator on all three of Spain's big networks — Movistar, Vodafone and Orange. At the shop we check which one reaches your home best and, if another ever suits you better, we switch you over. Big-network coverage, with the service of your own town.
Does my mobile work abroad?
In the EU and the EEA, just like at home: data and calls at your usual price, nothing to activate. Outside the EU, roaming works by zones: tell us where you're heading before you fly and we'll tell you what it will cost. See how roaming works at your destination →
